Kemp- This is an 8 year old omish home and has vinyl siding, a new metal roof that was just added in Dec. of 2007, and a deck that wraps around nearly 2/3 of the house. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. No commode at this time, but one can be added easily enough. County water is ran to the kitchen and bath. Electric is not ran to this home, but as other ammenities, is available and can be added.

This is one of the spacious metal outbuildings. It measures 24'x70'. Ideal for those who need lots of work space!

The other shop building, which sits adjacent to the one shown above. This is the stock and feed barn which measures a nice roomy 24'x48'.

The pond is large enough to sustain livestock or simply the abundant wildlife that is naturally drawn to such wide open space.

Livestock or, as you can see, horses, have plenty of grazing and or just plain frollicking room with boundaries already fenced .
